Where am I and what time is it?

Is it really December 10th????!!!! Where have I been?! I cannot believe that I last posted BEFORE Thanksgiving and on November 23rd. No posts since then?! Unacceptable...But my blog has to continue to wait and you, my loyal readers, will have to wait as well...I have a cookie dough delivery this afternoon at Chandler's school, hairbow orders to fill, AND a craft show that I am doing this weekend.

Can it get anymore chaotic? I don't know...but I love it and wouldn't have it any other way...

Lincoln John is 4 months old!!

What have you been up to this past month?

~ You are becoming a thumb sucker. You still refuse the paci, yet you have not completely committed to thumb sucking.

~ You still have your very sweet and happy disposition. Most everyone comments on how happy you are. You usually break into a big smile, whenever anyone pays attention to you. Except at church. We still have not figured out that one yet.

Lovin' on Mama ~ I love that you are a mama's boy.

Amazed by the lights on the strip

Had your first 'bite' of Kobe beef! A real man's man...

~ I am not one for nick names, but have found myself calling you Linky (which is what Moriah calls you) or Linky-Lou. Oh what have I done?!

~ You have started rolling over.

~ You laughed for the first time. Chandler was singing and jumping around being a goofball. You were intently watching and let out a big belly laugh. We are still trying to get you to duplicate that laugh, but to no avail. :-(

~ You are getting bigger and bigger each day, week, and month. But nobody does chunk like you, that is for sure!

~ You will still sleep in your swing & you love your exersaucers. You jump a lot in the rainforest one and can actually 'walk' around in the other one.

~ You are working so hard on reaching for things, but haven't quite got the hang of it yet. Although you did grasp your first toy for the first time this week.

I am so proud. I bought you a 4 month present. Sophie. Sophie the Giraffe.
Happy 4 months little Linky-Lou and happy grasping...

Happy (Belated) Anniversary Post

I love my husband. I will share a few of the many reasons I adore him...(in no particular order)
~ Jeremy is so loving and affectionate.
~ Jeremy is very handsome and smells oh-so good (that is, when he wears cologne) ;-)
~ Jeremy is a wonderful father and role-model
~ Jeremy is an extremely hard worker and would do anything to keep me home, barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen...okay, maybe not the first part.
~ Jeremy is very laid back and not quick to anger...unless you cut him off in traffic
~ Jeremy is very patient. I really think he deserves an award. Who waits for their wife, while she makes a hairbow for their daughter's hair, RIGHT B.E.F.O.R.E an event?
~ Jeremy is very tolerant. See above as a reference.
~ Jeremy is the best husband EVER...and he is mine. How blessed am I?!

Love him! <3

Our original plans for our anniversary called for us celebrating with a little 'stay-cation' here in town. Our plans were foiled due to a boxing fight weekend in town. Big events mean sold out rooms and higher prices. Blah.

I had a few places in mind for dinner, but Jeremy really wanted to go to the Bellagio. Jeremy is a brave soul and LOVES to try new foods. He says he does not feel bad going to a buffet, trying a new food and not eating it if he does not like it. He just goes back up and gets more food. You cannot do that at a 'typical' restraunt. We have eaten at Bellagio Buffet several times and we really think it is one of the best. Plus, Bellagio is where we got married and we wanted to re-live the memories! You know...be romantic. ;-)

Jeremy tried Ostrich for the first time and thought it was pretty good. Ewww. He tried to get me to try it and I about threw up right there. YUCK. Also on this plate, was Elk and some other type of meat. Oh, did I mention that Jeremy is a bit of a carnivore?

Jeremy tried Salmon, lox style, and did not care for it. But the other fish he really liked. I like sushi...just california style!

This is no doubt, my favorite part of any meal!!

This was MY FAVORITE, hands down!! A chocolate mousse, in a chocolate shell! Mmmmm!

More of my favorites

Oh, and little Lincoln, who helped us celebrate 11 years, got to 'try' a piece of Kobe beef...

After dinner we went to the conservatory to look at the flowers. Beautiful. But very poor lighting. We took pictures anyways.

This is a replica of the Bellagio, complete with water fountain out front. Loved this.

The world's largest chocolate fountain. Can you even imagine?!?!

We then went to where our married life began 11 years ago on Friday November 13...The Wedding Chapel @ Bellagio. We went in and talked to a few of the wedding co-ordinators and reminisced. They were getting ready for a wedding, so we didn't stay long, but we did get a picture in the parlor, couldn't get one in the chapel.

Don't ask...

I love the fountains out front.

Thank you Jeremy for your love, confidence, patience, selflessness, efforts, and adoration over the last 11 years. I love you! May we continue to celebrate many more happy anniversaries!

Weight Watcher Wednesday

Bah. This week I have been really busy with e-bay and taking care of a blossoming, 2 1/2 year old princess, a soon-to-be 4 month old, a super smart 8 year old, and a loving hunny who just celebrated 11 years of marriage with me. I have not been very good this week at keeping up, but soon my e-bay auctions will be over and my new line of hairbows will be up. Maybe THEN, I will have a little extra time. Yea right...

I have nothing this week for WW Wednesday. I did lose 2 lbs last week. Only .2 to go to erase that 2.2 I gained while in Phoenix at my sisters. Thanksgiving will be here next week and although I am looking forward to a wonderful holiday, yummy food and good company, I am a little apprehensive about what the scale is going to show when I get back. Anyone have any tips or advice?

That's it. No more, no less.

Shop Moriah's Boutique Closet

Happy Monday! I still have yet to write about Jeremy and I's anniversary weekend, but don't worry, it's coming! Don't pass out waiting with baited breath... ;-)

In the meantime, I am posting a link to my e-bay auctions with Moriah's fall/winter boutique clothes & shoes. I started going through Moriah's clothes after Lincoln was born. I seperated into 2 categories, fall/winter and spring/summer. I pulled out all of the items I thought might sell on e-bay and basically this came down to name-brand and style/fashion popularity. The rest of her fall/winter clothes went to two different local consignment sales, my niece Isabella, and finally to the Goodwill. No more baby girl clothes for our house...unless they are for Moriah's dolls. :-( I'm sad.

Here are two different links to check out. Feel free to pass these links on to anyone you know who has or is going to have a little princess in size 0-24 months.

Some of the brand names include: include Juicy Couture, Gap, Gymboree, Trish Scully, Biscotti, Kenneth cole, Guess, Pediped, Bunnies By The Bay, Calvin Klein, Rosetta Millington, Bebemonde, and many more boutique brands.

Here is the E-Bay link

Happy 11th Wedding Anniversary to my Hunny!

11 years ago today, Friday November 13, 1998, Jeremy and I were married by my father at the Bellagio Hotel, here in Las Vegas, Nevada. I could not imagine the last 11 years without Jeremy in my life! I love him and am blessed to have him as a husband. We had a fabulous time tonight at the Bellagio and I will post more about Jeremy, our evening together tonight and pictures tomorrow. Good night...
